What Personal Data Do We Collect from You?
We may collect and process the following Personal Data about you:

 

a.) Personal Data that you give us:

This is information about you that you give to us by filling in forms on our website (or other forms that we ask you to complete) or correspond with us by telephone, post, email, or otherwise. We also process the Personal Data involved when you enter into contracts with us in order to be able to provide our contractual services. If you register for our newsletter, we use your email address to send you our email newsletter on a regular basis on the basis of your consent. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is possible at any time and can be done via the unsubscribe link provided in each newsletter. After unsubscribing, we will delete your email address unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data. The processing bases are your consent and our legitimate interest. 

 

For optimal customer support, we use your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, and the data related to your contract with us and store it in our customer relationship management (“CRM”) provided by Wix.com Ltd, (40 Hanamal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel) (Wix CRM). This data processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing our customer service.

 

Lastly, we process data in the context of administrative tasks as well as organization of our business and compliance with legal obligations, such as archiving and invoicing. In this regard, we process the same data that we process in the course of providing our contractual services. The processing bases are our legal obligations and our legitimate interest. 

 

b.) Personal Data that our website and other systems collect about you: 

If you visit our website, it will automatically collect some information about you and your visit, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your device to the Internet and some other information, such as the pages on our site that you visit. This is used to monitor the performance of the website and improve the experience of visitors to the website. 

 

We use the hosting services of Wix.com for hosting and displaying our website. Wix does this on the basis of processing on our behalf, which also means that all data collected on our website is processed on Wix's servers. The basis for processing is our legitimate interest and the initiation and/or fulfilment of a contract. 

 

We also use the Content Management System (CMS) of Wix to publish and maintain the created and edited content and texts on our website. This means that all content and texts submitted to us are transferred to Wix and that your contact and contract data and your usage data are stored on Wix's servers. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest.

 

c.) Cookies

We use so-called cookies on our website. Cookies are pieces of information that are transmitted from our web server or third-party web servers to your web browser and stored there for later retrieval. Cookies may be small files or other types of information storage. As set out in Germany`s Act on Data Protection and the Protection of Privacy in Telecommunications and Digital Services (Gesetz über den Datenschutz und den Schutz der Privatsphäre in der Telekommunikation und bei digitalen Diensten) (“TDDDG”) and the EU`s Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive (“PECD”), we need to inform you about our use of cookies and where necessary obtain consents. d.) Other information

In order to provide you with a more consistent and personalized user experience in your interactions with us, data collected through one source may also be linked to other data collected by Brige through other sources. This may include data that helps us identify you when you access our website through several different devices.

Social Media

We are present on social media on the basis of our legitimate interest (currently Facebook and Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc., 1601 Willow Road Menlo Park California 94025 and 4 Grand Canal Square Grand Canal Harbour Dublin 2 Ireland), TikTok (TikTok Inc, 5800 Bristol Parkway Culver City, Los Angeles, CA 90230, United States). If you contact or connect with us via social media, we and the relevant social media platform are jointly responsible for the processing of your data and enter into a so-called joint controller agreement. The Personal Data collected when contacting us is to handle your request and the bases are both your consent and our legitimate interest.

 

In addition, your data may be processed for market research and advertising purposes. For example, usage profiles can be created from your usage behaviour and the resulting interests. This allows, for example, advertisements to be placed within and outside the platforms that presumably correspond to your interests. The legal basis is our legitimate interest.

 

When you visit our social media profiles, we, as the operator of the profile, process your actions and interactions with our profile (e.g., the content of your messages, enquiries, posts or comments that you send to us or leave on our profile or when you like or share our posts) as well as your publicly viewable profile data (e.g., your name and profile picture). Which Personal Data from your profile is publicly viewable depends on your profile settings, which you can adjust yourself in the settings of your social media account. The legal basis is our legitimate interest and your consent.

 

How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?
We will delete your Personal Data when we no longer need such Personal Data, for instance, where:

• it is no longer necessary for us to retain your Personal Data to fulfil the purposes for which we had collected it;

d.) Complaint to a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint about our processing of Personal Data with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection. The Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI) (www.bfdi.bund.de) is the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection. The Berlin DPA is the state Data Protection Authority for the state of Berlin. The Berlin DPA`s contact details can be found on www.datenschutz-berlin.de. However, we would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns before you contact the BfDI or the Berlin DPA.

 

e.) Data Breaches and Notification

Databases or records containing Personal Data may be breached accidentally or through unlawful intrusion. As soon as we become aware of a data breach, we will notify all affected individuals whose Personal Data may have been compromised, and the notification will be accompanied by a description of the measures that will be taken to repair the damage caused by the data breach. Notifications will be sent as soon as possible after the violation is discovered.

 

f.) What we do not do

• We do not request Personal Data from minors and children without obtaining parental or legal guardian consent;

• We do not process special category data without obtaining prior specific consent; 

• We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling; and

• We do not sell your Personal Data.
